主要研究领域:

    主要从事卵巢细胞增殖、分化的内分泌、旁分泌和自分泌调节和细胞信号传导机制的研究。所从事的科研项目不仅完善了大鼠/小鼠卵泡体外培养模型,而且通过该体系以及颗粒细胞体外培养体系进一步研究了甲状腺素调节卵泡发育的相关机理。另外,本实验室也在探索卵巢癌及多囊卵巢综合症(Polycysticovariansyndrome, PCOS) 发病机理的相关研究。通过这些工作可使我们对于卵巢癌和多囊卵巢综合症等病理情况有更多认识,以期解决当今人类生殖健康难题,为生殖辅助技术提供坚实的理论基础,从而为人类健康做出应有的贡献。
