研究方向

    课题组致力于研究植物种子萌发和幼苗形态发育的分子机制,综合运用分子遗传学、生物化学、基因组学等技术手段,重点关注外界环境因子和内源激素对种子萌发、幼苗暗形态建成和光形态建成的调控作用。

近五年发表主要论文:

    近五年来,施慧博士以通讯作者或第一作者在专业一流学术刊物PNAS、Developmental Cell (封面文章)、Current BiologyPlant Cell上发表了一系列高水平原创研究论文,并以合作作者发表原创论文多篇,在国际研究领域产生重要影响。研究成果被美国科学院院士Winslow R. Briggs等多位国际著名植物学家在Current Biology、Nature Plants、Trends in Plant Science、Developmental Cell以及Annual Review of Plant Biology上撰文评述和亮点推荐,并多次受到F1000的重点推荐。
