首都师范大学生命科学学院教授,博士生导师,中国作物学会常务理事,中国农学会遗传资源分会理事,北京作物学会副理事长,北京市跨世纪人才工程和首都师范大学青年学科带头人培养计划入选者,2010年获国务院政府津贴,《The Crop Journal 》、《作物学报》、《麦类作物学报》、《植物遗传资源学报》等杂志编委。主要从事植物分子遗传学和蛋白质组学的教学与研究工作,先后主持国家自然科学基金重点项目和面上项目、国家973863计划项目和转基因专项以及省部委科研项目10多项,近年来在Mol. Cell. ProteomicsGeneticsJ. Proteome Res., Proteomics, J. ProteomicsElectrophoresis, Theor. Appl. Genet., BMC Genomics, BMC Plant Biol., Anal. Bioanal. Chem., J. Intrgra. Genomics, Genome, J. Cereal Sci., J. Agric. Food Chem., Phytochem., Cereal Chem. 等国际核心期刊发表SCI论文90多篇,授权发明专利11项,出版教材2部,获国家科技进步一等奖1项(排名第二)、省部级科学技术一等奖等3项。

主要研究方向:

  • 蛋白质组学方法与应用研究(Approach for Gluten Proteomics and its Application)

利用蛋白质组技术(2-DE2D-DIGEHPLCUPLCHPCEMALDI-TOF/TOF- MSnano-LC-ESI-MS/MS),着重鉴定与小麦品质相关的胚乳贮藏蛋白(主要包括高、低分子量谷蛋白亚基和醇溶蛋白),建立高效的贮藏蛋白亚基快速分离、纯化鉴定方法。研究重点是在小麦近缘种中筛选鉴定新的侯选优质贮藏蛋白和特异蛋白亚基的结构、功能及其与面包品质的关系,同时探讨不同发育阶段贮藏蛋白组的特征与作用机理以及环境因素对蛋白质合成的影响等。

  • 侯选优质蛋白基因分子克隆与功能研究(Molecular Cloning and Function of Candidate Gluten Genes)

通过N-端微量测序(microsequencing)AS-PCR、单克隆抗体和基因文库技术并结合HPCEMS等蛋白质组技术,克隆、鉴定对小麦品质有重要作用的贮藏蛋白候选基因,分析所克隆基因的分子结构、遗传进化、表达调控及其功能特性。

  • 贮藏蛋白免疫化学研究(Gluten Immunochemistry)

利用单、双向电泳和HPCEHPLCUPLC等技术分离纯化优质和候选优质亚基,制备单克隆抗体,用于优质亚基的快速鉴定,并通过筛选表达文库克隆其编码基因。

  • 贮藏蛋白和淀粉分子结构、翻译后修饰(PTMs)与生物合成研究(Molecular Structure and Biosynthesis of Glutens)

利用圆二色谱、激光扫描共聚焦显微镜、SEMTEM与蛋白质组技术,研究贮藏蛋白和淀粉的分子结构、发育特征、磷酸化与糖基化修饰及其对品质的影响以及贮藏蛋白和淀粉在种子发育和逆境条件下的合成、调控、运输、积累等规律。

  • 基因工程与品质改良研究(Gene Engineering and Quality Improvement)

通过基因枪、农杆菌介导、花粉管通道等方法转化优质贮藏蛋白和淀粉酶基因,培育优质转基因小麦,并探讨不同贮藏蛋白基因的转化方法与表达特点及其对面包品质特性的影响等。
