科研及教学简介

    近年来,主持国家重大专项、国家重大基础研究(973和863课题、国家杰出青年科学基金(B类)、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学重点基金等10余项。

    领导的研究小组主要集中在植物逆境应答的分子调控机制研究领域。分别从以下2个方向开展研究工作。(1)、极端生境抗逆植物基因组资源及抗逆基因发掘。利用极端地区,如南极菲尔德斯半岛和西藏的藓类植物等,建立了基因组、蛋白质组分析技术平台,分离到多个“候选基因”,正在深入分析其生物学功能。(2)、一氧化氮(NO)是植物逆境应答的重要分子。我们采用正向遗传学策略,筛选到对NO有特异应答的10余个突变体,克隆到数个基因,正在对这些基因的生物学功能作深入分析,解析植物NO信号传导特征。

    在植物细胞逆境应答研究领域取得了系列学术成果,以责任作者在PNAS,Plant PhysiologyCell ResearchJXBProteomicsNitric Oxide - Biology and Chemistry等国际学术刊物上发表研究论文50余篇,在NO调控植物开花研究领域做出了开创性工作(Science, 2004)。

    应“科学出版社”之邀,主编出版高等师范院校新世纪教材《细胞生物学》(2009年出版)。2005、2009年2次获北京市教育教学成果(高等教育)奖二等奖。2005年获“北京市先进工作者”称号。2006年被评为北京市高校创新拔尖人才。2007年获北京市高等学校教学名师奖。
