研究领域

细胞分化贯穿人类胚胎发育和生命活动的始终。异常的细胞分化会导致严重的病理性后果,例如:发育异常性疾病、恶性肿瘤等。因此,深入理解调控细胞分化的分子机制对这些疾病的有效预防和治疗至关重要。我们的研究主要以具有分化能力的胚胎干细胞和低分化肿瘤为对象,从转录调控、翻译后修饰等角度,针对以下三方面进行深入探索:

1、维持胚胎干细胞自我更新和多能性的分子机制

2、胚胎干细胞向各胚层细胞谱系进行定向分化的调控机制

3、低分化恶性肿瘤的发病机制
